SANDALS RESORTS HAILS SAINT LUCIAN OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALLIST JULIEN ALFRED

(Sandals Resorts)- Sandals Resorts, in celebration of the historic performance from Saint Lucian Julien Alfred, offered the Olympian a weeklong, luxury-included vacation at any Sandals of her choice. This, after the sprint champion clocked 10.72s to win gold and the first ever medal for her country at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Winning gold in the women’s 100m not only marks an incredible personal achievement but also stands as a monumental moment for the Saint Lucian community. Alfred, in addition to winning at this year’s Olympics, also holds the World Indoor title after securing the gold medal in the 60m at the 2024 World Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow, Scotland. Her recent victory in Paris puts her eighth on the all-time list of fastest women’s 100m runners.
