1. Line Cooks or Prep Cooks


Plates dishes and completes basic food prepping tasks for a restaurant. Main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.



Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered. Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of the opening of the bar.

Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized.

Attractively displays glasses and liquor bottles



-Welcoming and seating guests

-Taking guest orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen

-Memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks

4. Stewards


-Maintaining sanitary standards. ensuring all stations are stocked, keeping all areas clean and sterile,

-Cleaning and putting away dishes, emptying rubbish.
