Coinciding with Earth Day, this culinary extravaganza invites you to explore the rich and diverse organic flavors of the island, drawing inspiration from African, American, European, Indian, and Caribbean cuisines.
From the savory dishes of mountain villages to the delectable seafood of coastal regions, Restaurant Week promises an unparalleled feast for your senses. Delight in Lucian spins on classic dishes, including the beloved national favorite of green figs and salt fish, available at handpicked restaurants across the island.
During Restaurant Week, treat yourself to an array of tantalizing experiences, including sumptuous meals, farm-to-table delights, complimentary beverages, and exclusive discounts. Whether you are a foodie or looking to sample small bites, chocolate delights, restaurants across the island.
A highlight of this year’s Restaurant Week is the presence of Saint Lucian born Celebrity Chef, Shorne Benjamin. From April 21, and 24-28, Chef Shorne is eager to delight taste buds in new age Caribbean cuisine featuring a curated 5-course dinner experience, lunch, or dinner at The Pavilion in Soufriere. He is also eager to serve up his signature oxtail grilled cheese in specially priced meals.
