SLHTA presents Customer Service Essentials to Police Officers

Police TrainingOn Monday 3rd March 2014, the SLHTA’s EVP Noorani Azeez, presented a training workshop to 29 Police Officers on the important of Customer Service and its applications on accident scenes.  The  SLHTA was invited by the RSLPF to conduct the training to expose officers to the  strategies which can be employed to minimize distress, boost effectiveness in communication and strengthen interpersonal relationships with colleagues.

The training forms part of the SLHTA’s ongoing initiatives to collaborate with the RSLPF in matters of soft skills training for officers.  The workshop was co-facilitated by Mr. Wendel George, Project Assistant with the SLHTA.
