The Ministry of Tourism is pleased to announce the National Storyboard Competition for Storyboards to Inform Design of Saint Lucia’s First Underwater Sculpture Park Along The West Coast.

The competition is a component of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) Project and is intended to encourage the participation of St. Lucian nationals in the overall design of the underwater sculptures.
