Meeting with Human Resources Managers in the Industry

Monroe College in collaboration with the SLHTA hosted a Breakfast Meeting on Friday August 4th, 2017 at Monroe College, Vide Boutielle.  The purpose of the forum was to bring Human Resource managers and representatives from the Industry together to discuss the strategic alliance between Monroe College and the SLHTA which allows SLHTA members a 20% discount on courses at Monroe for Industry employees.

The discussions also facilitated feedback from the HR professionals about training and development needs for employees that can be addressed by Monroe College.  The strategic partnership between the two organizations also supports internships for Monroe College students through the SLHTA and a number of short term professional development programs set to commence soon.
