The Saint Lucia Hotel and Tourism Association Inc. hosted another Human Resource Forum on Friday 11th December 2015 to discuss the St. Lucia Labor Laws and other related issues impacting human resources management within our Tourism and Hospitality Industry. The SLHTA invited Human Resource Managers from all our member establishments to be part of this Forum.
The forum was held at the SLHTA’s Training Room in the Alfiona Plaza Building Rodney Heights, Gros Islet from 10:30am to 1:30. Discussions included the following:

- Presentation by Labor Commissioner – Mr. Ray Narcisse
- Question & Answer Segment
- Apprenticeship Programme Update
- Discussion on Formation of an SLHTA Human Resources Management Advisory Board
