2014 Lucian Carnival Wraps on a High Note
Saint Lucia (July 15th, 2014) – The Carnival Planning & Management Agency (CPMA) and the Carnival Bands Association are pleased to announce the results of 2014 Parade of the Bands, and the song selected as Road March following the festivities held on Monday July 21st and Tuesday July 22nd from the Choc Roundabout into the Castries city center.
The Carnival Planning & Management Agency (CPMA) and The Carnival Bands Association express their sincere gratitude to allindividuals and entities who lent support toward the success of the Parade of the Bands with special recognition to the Old Mas Practitioners, J’ouvert Bands and Mas bands who participated in this year’s showing.
The CPMA also wishes to recognize the festival’s corporate partners, for ensuring the viability of Lucian Carnival, despite of the trying fiscal climate.

About Lucian Carnival
Lucian Carnival is an annual cultural festival spanning six weeks each summer on the island of Saint Lucia. Culminating with the colorful parade of bands along the three mile John Compton Highway circuit into the capital city of Castries on the third Monday andTuesday in July, Lucian Carnival is widely lauded as the best boutique Carnival in the Caribbean.
