Kyrah Henry is the talented Chef de Cuisine at Soley Kouche Restaurant.

Henry was born and raised in the vibrant neighborhood of Catford, South East London to a Jamaican mother and Saint Lucian father. Her culinary journey began at home, where she discovered her passion for cooking by preparing dinner for her mother and brother every night.

Her summers spent in Saint Lucia provided invaluable opportunities to learn firsthand about the island’s culinary heritage and cultural practices.

She honed her skills at the prestigious Harwood Arms, the only Michelin-starred gastropub in London, working under renowned chef Sally Abe as Chef de Partie for a few years.

Driven by her passion for innovative fusion cuisine, Henry seized the opportunity to join Soley Kouche Restaurant as Chef de Cuisine. She is determined to infuse her creations with a delightful blend of fun Caribbean flair, and European fine dining sophistication.

“Henry’s culinary journey is a testament to her dedication, creativity, and deep-rooted connection to both her Caribbean heritage and her culinary experiences in Europe. We are truly happy to have her as part of the Soley Kouche family,” the restaurant stated.
