Levern Donaline Spencer is a Saint Lucian high jumper. Spencer was born in Cacao Babonneau, Castries. Spencer attended the University of Georgia where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Behavior, having first embarked upon a course of study in computer Science.
